Smart paper

Smart paper is a white matt polymeric film that is more than half composed of the mineral calcium carbonate, in other words, chalk. PE or PP is used for the bonding layer. In addition to good thermal insulation properties over a wide temperature range, this film is particularly effective at low temperatures. This material is also completely resistant to water and grease, retains its shape well (has memory), is more resistant to tearing than paper or paper laminates. Due to all these properties and sufficient opacity, Smart Paper protects the package's contents from bacterial contamination, which is especially important in the food industry. All this makes Smart Paper a unique packaging material. The smart paper film is primarily intended for packaging butter, curd, margarine, cheese, ice cream, chocolate, yeast, as well as carcass labels, etc. Excellent runnability on all types of packaging and printing equipment, excellent printing properties, and good shape retention allow Smart Paper to be used not only for food wrapping but also for outer packaging production.

The Smart paper polymer film is resistant to external factors, including UV light, so it can be used for seedling labels, marking wood or metal products stored outdoors, etc.
