Traditionally, label paper (C1S) is used for labelling of alcohol (beer, wine) and beverages (water and soft drinks), and for labelling and packaging for foodstuffs (canned food, chocolates).

It is certified for direct food contact (ISEGA), suitable for printing by all conventional printing techniques and methods.
